The idea is simple: you give an achievement the person above you needs to do (one he/she has not done yet, ofcourse). wow power leveling
There are some rules:
No meta-achievement, except if the person only needs 1 or 2 more to get it.
No moneysinks. asking someone to farm gold just to get some nerdpoints is not exactly the finer thing to do.
Keep it (rather) easy. don't ask someone who has not yet even gotten his first naxx achievement to get the algalon25 achievement.
Finally: don't ask for things that require the effort of 9 or 24 other players to get. this means no things like the immortal, champion of ulduar or any TotC tribute runs.
If you personally don't want to do an achievement, you can either say so in advance, or have the right to ask for another achievement once per achievement. so, if someone asks me to do something i can't do, i can ask for a second opinion, but i need to do that achievement anyway.

to make it clear, quote the person that you want to do the achievement. also, provide an armory link. if 2 people demand the same person to do an achievement, the first person that has posted is the one to give the achievement the quoted has to do.
