Ive done the blood elf starting zone many times (I suffer from altitus, I admit it) and reckon that the following might be the most efficient way to go about doing the quests. If anyone fancies giving it a shot then please do and let me have your feedback - especially if you feel that I could benefit from reordering the quest execution. You should be able to speed through in just a few hours.

Oh yeah and don't even look at this guide if its your first run through the blood elf starting zone as you'll only ruin the whole exploration part of the game for yourself.

Class quests should be fitted in at the most appropriate point on your journey, just go ahead and do it/hand it in when you are close to the area that you need to be at if the reward is non essential such as the level 10 rogue dagger quest. If its pretty much an essential class quest such as the hunter pet quest, drop what you are doing and go ahead and do it as soon as you can, you can resume with the guide once you are done.

One last note: I have recorded coordinates at the position I was in when I completed a quest so take for instance Reclaiming Sunstrider Isle although I say do it at 38,23 what I'm actually saying is that when I killed my 8th mana worm I was at 38,23 I probably killed them over a larger area so don't just head to given coordinates and expect to not have to move to complete a quest, expect to have to move around a bit. If you are unsure about a quest or my notes aren't the best go ahead and look up the quest on Allakhazam or use the lightheaded add on in conjunction with Tom Tom.
