World of Warcraft: Undead Starting Zone Guide

The Forsaken are a very popular race in wow power leveling World of Warcraft. This is mainly because of the excellent racial abilities they possess, and because the lore surrounding them is considered quite interesting to Warcraft fans. Many factions in the World of Warcraft universe consider these undead beings a plague upon the world and seek to eradicate them from the face of Azeroth. You will run into a few of these factions in the Undead starting wow power levelingzone of Deathknell. Use this guide to survive the perils of your new existence, and strike a blow in the name of your new people, The Forsaken. Lets begin shall we.

After creating a new Undead character you will start your new life at the bottom of a crypt. Exit the crypt and speak with Undertaker Mordo who awaits you outside. Accept the quest Rude Awakening that he offers you. Follow the path you are on North until you pass under a large gate. Enter the first building to the West to find Shadow Priest Sarvis. Speak with him and turn in the Rude Awakening quest. Make sure to accept the quest The Mindless Ones he offers you afterwards. Leave the church and head North up the path until you come across wandering zombies. These are the undead you must kill to complete The Mindless Ones quest. Make sure you kill 8 Mindless Zombies and 8 Wretched Zombies to complete the quest. You should gain level 2 during this process.

to Shadow Priest Sarvis and turn in The Mindless Ones quest to him. Speak to him again and accept the class specific quest he offers you as well as the Rattling the Rattlecages quest he offers. Directly next to Shadow Priest Sarvis stands Novice Elreth. Speak to her and accept the quest The Damned that she offers. Find your class trainer and turn in your class specific quest and obtain any new skills or abilities that are available. Head back to where you fought the undead, but this time head further North until you see skeletons walking around. These are the Rattlecage Skeletons you need to kill to complete the Rattling the Rattlecages quest. Make sure you kill 12 Rattlecage skeletons to complete the quest. You should gain level 3 during this process. Head West from the skeletons and start killing any of the Young Scavengers (wolves) and Duskbats (bats) you see to collect the Scavenger Paws and Duskbat Wings that they drop. You will need 6 of each to complete the quest The Damned.

Return to town and sell of any unneeded gear at one of the vendors, Then return to the church and speak with Shadow Priest Sarvis. Turn in the Rattling the Rattlecages quest. Turn and speak with Novice Elreth and turn in the quest The Damned. You should gain level 4 by doing so. Speak with her again and accept the Marla's Last Wish quest she offers you. Return to your class trainer and learn any spells or abilities that are available. Now find Deathguard Saltain who wanders just North of the church and speak with to accept the Scavenging Deathknell quest he offers. Directly across from Deathguard Saltain stands Executor Arren. Speak with him and accept the Night Web's Hollow quest he offers you. Head North again down the path past the wooden spike fence. Look in and around the abandoned buildings in this area for the Equipment Boxes laying around. Open them to collect the Scavenged Goods they contain. Collect 6 Scavenged Goods to complete the Scavenging Deathknell quest. Return to the path heading North and follow it until it eventually turns East. Continue following the path until you see a small camp on the East side of the road with wow power leveling a few named undead in it. Find Samuel Fipps in the camp and kill him. Make sure to collect Samuel's Remains from his corpse. Now head back to the church. Just North of the church is a graveyard, enter the graveyard and click on the glowing grave to bury Samuel's Remains and complete the quest Marla's Last Wish. wow power leveling

Since you are so close return to Deathguard Saltain and turn in the Scavenging Deathknell quest. Then head inside the church and speak with Novice Elreth to turn in the Marla's Last Wish quest. Leave the church and head North West past the graveyard. Keep heading North West until you run into spiders roaming the fields. Kill 10 of these Young Night Web Spiders to start the Night Web's Hollow quest. Now look for the mine at the top of the hill and head inside to find Night Web Spiders. Kill 8 Night Web Spiders to complete the Night Web's Hollow quest.
