I found this (I am sure most know it) but thought I would post it considering
today is patch day and some may be interested in how to get into BWL without
having to go through BRS.
1) Kill quatermaster outside BRS. (I hear his spawn time was increased).
2) Loot the note he drops. Not too sure but I think everyone in the group can
loot it and it may drop in a raid.
3) Kill general drakkisath in UBRS. (Maybe knock out onyxia key quest for
alliance and BWL attunement in one go :P)
4) Touch the orb behind Drakkisath (the orb you need to touch at this stage is
either behind drakkisath or quartermaster).
From now on you can touch the orb that spawns behind the quatermaster (may need
to be in a raid group like MC), and you should be ported into BWL.
