Though there are a few prerequisites. First you need to be a skinner obviously. You need to have not done the quest "Stranglethorn Fever" and need 10 gorrilas fangs for each go. You also need to be a high enough level to take on about 7 lvl 43 gorrilas at once.

Ok pick up the quest and head to Witch Doctor Unbagwa in Mistvale Valley near Booty Bay. Give him 10 gorrila fangs, you can get these from the Elder Mistvale gorrilas. Get the heart of Mokk, but don't hand in the quest yet. If you don't hand in the quest you can do it as many times as you want, though you don't get xp for the second and third times etc. They don't drop much so this is mainly for skinners.

Its best to do this with a mage, when your 40 grind on the Elder Mistvales and save all the fangs, then when your 55-60 pick up the quest from Booty Bay (it will be grey by then, its only lvl 45 quest) and use the saved fangs to keep doing the quest and aoe them all. When you hand in the quest you won't be able to talk to the Witch Doctor anymore :(

Also Elder Mistvale gorrilas seem to be really good for heavy leather, with the odd bit of thick. This is usually in high demand as ppl need it for thorium brotherhood rep and its only available in a limited level range like wool cloth. When I did the quest the gorrilas tended to drop more thick leather as they were slightly higher level than Elder Mistvale ones.
