Enchanters have a long lost of available enchants, and Blizzard did a poor
job of sorting the enchantment list, so its difficult for them to list what's
available. Here is a reference guide to better help you know what you want
before hand.
The only slots enchantable through enchanting are, Bracer, Boots, Chest, Cloak,
Shield, Gloves, and all weapon types. (There's a quest for a item similar to an
enchant that will work on other slots such as head and legs).
Bracers can receive,
Defense + 1, 2, or 3
Stamina + 1, 3, 7, or 9
Spirit + 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9
Agility + 1
Strength + 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9
Healing power Increases effects of healing spells by 24
Chest Can receive,
Mana + 5, 20, 30, 50, or100
Hitpoints + 5, 15, 25, 35, 50, or 100
All stats + 1, 2, 3, or 4
Absorption , Minor +2% chance per hit of giving you 10 points of damage
absorption, and Lesser, 5% for 25 points of damage
Boots Can receive,
Agility + 1, 3, 5, or 7
Stamina + 3, or 7
Spirit + 3, or 5
Minor speed (Minor increase in running speed)
Cloak Can receive,
Armor + 10, 20, 30, 50, or 70
Agility + 1, or 3
Fire Resistance +5, 7, or 15
Shadow Resistance +10,
All Resists + 3, or 5
Nature resistance + 15
Shield can receive,
Armor + 30,
Spirit + 3, 5, 7, or 9
Stamina + 3, 5, or 7
Block + 2% chance,

Healing Power, Enchants your weapon to give a +55 healing bonus
Spell Power, Enchants your weapon to give a +30 spell damage bonus
Crusader, Gives a chance for your weapon to heal for 75 to 125 and increases
Strength by 100 for 15 sec.
Lifestealing, Enchant a melee weapon to have a chance to steal life from the
enemy and give it to you.
