Follow these steps to repeat the sploit::
Go to Reputation Tab -> set "At War" with Cenarian Circle.
Go to Flight Tower-> attack the Cenarian Emissary.
Take him out to the Corridar to Durotar.
He get's stuck in reset mode and you can still attack and level up yourweapon skills.
