In Shattrath city there is a boy at the orphanage who gives you the quest "Rather be fishin'". (You can't do this if you already completed it) When accepting the quest, he also throws in 3 potions of waterbreathing which last 60 minutes each. Tell the little fella that you don't really have time to swim around in a pool looking for fish for him and his idiotic little club of contrabands.. erm.. friends (abandon quest). Now use the potions as you would normally (eg. when underwater doing something or whatever you need 'em for). When you're all out of potions, simply return to the little guy and convince him you'll go catch his dinner (He has absolutely NO memory at all), and the stupid little orphan gives you another 3 potions. Of course you give him the finger and say "na na na naaa naa" and run off with his potions. This is repeatable as long as you don't complete the quest.
