Found this on the official forums. It's an exploit for Thekal to get rid of
the adds. Enhoy :)

The plan was that 2 hunters would kite the 2 trolls standing beside him all the
way to the front of the instance. They would then FD making the trolls evade and
respawn at the altar without attacking us. We then managed to kill Thekal
without even touching those trolls.
