Track Order: Order Management Panel
Your order will be under process automatically after checking out and will be listed on your Order Management Panel which is at the top of our homepage after logged in. You may use your Order Management Panel to track your order status, change delivery method and character name, set your unavailable time and change price(eta) at any time before delivery.
For face-to-face delivery, once there is a farmer preparing to make a delivery or partial delivery, there will be a notification with a confirmation link displayed under your Order Management Panel. After the trade has been completed, please help confirm the amount you have received by clicking the confirmation link if the notification is still there (if the notification disappears, it means we have confirmed it according to the trading screenshot provided by the farmer), or we might call you to confirm.
