Why do you need a looped macro?
Blizz has added a lot of features that mess with timed loops. Haste increases during combat is one.
They did this to discourage things like the G15 which cant see that you now can cast faster.

Well then I guess it is good he asked IF it was cheating rather than HOW he could cheat.
Most of us want botters and hackers banned but there is no reason to flip out about a simple question.
Maybe he plays a warlock on a 5v5 team and just wanted to us it for the prep time. Have you ever played a warlock on a 5v5 team? God that prep sucks over and over and over. /shudder
